Take care of all your mail the day, you receive it. Do not let those bills and letters stake up on you. If you are unable to pay a bill immediately, file it in a particular place that is visible, and note on the envelope the date you intend to pay it. Answer your letters the same day you get them.
Once you start listing and planning what to do, and then perform your plans, you'll find enough "extra time" for handling nearly any form of home based income producing project. People in general might not like routines or schedules, but without some kind of plan as to what is supposed to be done, the world would be mired in mass confusion. The secret of financially successful people is just that they are organized and do not waste time. Think about it. Examine your own activities, and then see if you can not find a few extra hours in each day for more constructive activities.
When you begin planning, and then when you actually become involved in an extra income producing endeavor, you should work it exactly as you've organized your regular day-to-day activities -- on a time basis. Do what has to be done instantly. Do not try to get done in an hour something that is realistically going to take a week. Plan out on paper what you've to do -- what you wish to do -- and when you are going to do it. Then get right on each project without procrastination.
Above all else, when you are organizing your time and your home business, be sure to set aside time for leisure and engaging with other people -- specifically your loved ones.
