Knowledge on the right Yoga Posture

Once you breathe in, you can incline your tailbone and keep your pelvis up, and by keeping your spine bend towards the floor with the tummy slump down.

You can then experience that your muscles are slightly extending, after which you breathe out and then you will assume a second posture, known as the cat by bending your spine in the other direction, leaning your pelvis downward, stretching the spine upwards and in and then bringing your cheat upwards. Go through the this yoga posture a few times, going gradually from the dog to the cat posture and then from the cat to the dog position.

Third fundamental set of Yoga Posture - Sethu Bandhasa

Sethu Bandhasa is another basic set of yoga posture which is called the bridge and is carried out by having your back on the floor, keeping your knees up and placing your hands by the side. Keeping your feet close to the buttocks area, somewhat shoulder length wide, after which you lift and lower your tailbone and proceed to elevate the spine, shifting one vertebra at a time till the whole back is bend up. Ensure that is done by pressing on resolutely with your feet, at the same time, maintaining straight knees, inhaling fully. Try to grip your hands beneath your back and then press on the floor, at the same time inhale slowly five times, then relax on the ground and go through the whole process again.
